A Northeastern Girl Lures a Southern CEO Home

Male lead: Gu Huai, 28, from Foshan, Guangdong. Founder of the up-and-coming smart-home group Gu’s Cloud Residence. On the surface, he’s an abstinent CEO who buttons his shirt all the way to the collar and even drinks herbal tea from a tiny silver cup. In private, he’s the “Herbal Tea Prince,” afraid of cockroaches and the cold.

Female lead: Song Qing, 26, from Changchun, Jilin. She stands 175 centimeters tall, is a retired athlete from the national ski team, and is now the sole heir to the Northeast Bathhouse Chain. A social butterfly, she speaks with the nonstop soundtrack of a two-person comic opera and radiates the vibe of “Big Sis has got your back” wherever she goes.
