This Daoist's Name Is Chaos

Zhang Chen, a young Taoist from Mount Qingcheng, was sent down the mountain by his master to inherit a dilapidated temple. But his grand ambition to slay demons and vanquish evil was stopped in its tracks by an electricity bill for 300 yuan.

At the end of his rope, the Strongest Taoist System activated. From then on, drawing talismans, telling fortunes, and accumulating merit became part of his daily routine.

To earn money from incense offerings, he started livestreaming. "Master, can I scan a QR code for this talisman?" "Top donor, interested in exploring a haunted house?" When the entire internet watched him slap a century-old vengeful spirit to death, and the iron fist of science bowed before him, the name "Reckless Taoist" rang throughout the city.

Yet beneath the clamor, undercurrents stirred. A mysterious organization called the Faceless Society, bent on stealing the nation's fortune, gradually emerged. The truth behind his master's disappearance and the survival of the righteous Taoist sects rested entirely on his shoulders.

Watch as this irreverent young Taoist navigates the mortal world, grasping merit with one hand and wielding thunder with the other, stirring up a storm and protecting humanity!
