[No magical space, no System, girl pursues boy, warm and healing, sweet romance]
Male lead: Xie Mingyuan, courtesy name Qinghe, was once a noble young master of a wealthy family of medicinal herb merchants, but in a single night his family was destroyed. His father was framed by a close relative and wrongly executed by beheading for “selling counterfeit medicine.” To protect their wealth, his cruel paternal grandmother and uncles ruthlessly drove him, his frail mother, and his little sister out of the family home, leaving them to fend for themselves.
Female lead: Sun Yunxiang is like a thriving spring grass in the mountains, with a bright laugh and a clever, sweet nature. When they first meet, he is in a miserable state, while she smiles like a flower. The sharp contrast makes his heart ache...
This pastoral encounter begins with a girl pursuing a boy, but behind it lies a storm of upheaval as an unjust case is set right. She is the only ray of sunshine to reach him as he sinks into the mire; he is the cool moonlight toward which her heart yearns. Watch how an energetic village girl melts the heart of an icy nobleman with her boundless warmth, and how a fallen young master regains his dignity in the countryside. With wisdom and courage, among the soil and the scent of medicinal herbs, they clear his father’s name and carve out a warm, bright future for themselves and the people they love.
