A twisted threatening phone call warns Su Wan to stay away from her mother's past. In order to save her mother and unravel the truth of twenty years of estrangement, she must trace clues, read her mother's dusty diary before July 31st, face a "him" who deeply fears her mother, and uncover a cruel secret that can subvert all her knowledge.
