Gentle and restrained (Duan Ruofeng) × bright and passionate (Zhou Yutang)
Duan Ruofeng and Zhou Yutang are the two friends at Jietu Middle School who seem least like friends.
Duan Ruofeng, also known as “Yezi,” is used to keeping to herself and believes life is nothing but the same meaningless routine every day. She wraps herself in cold armor and keeps everyone at a polite distance. Then, one autumn, she meets her begonia.
Zhou Yutang is popular with everyone. On the surface, she is a little sun that never goes out, but underneath she’s a mischievous imp who loves pranks and secretly makes snarky comments in her head. She believes the world is beautiful, though sometimes she laments how indifferent people can be.
Step by step, the two enter each other’s worlds and help each other grow. Their paths go from parallel to intersecting, until they become the most special people in each other’s lives.
