His life used to follow the same simple routine: classes, rest, and finding ways to bother Potter.

But lately, a series of strange events has thrown him off course.

Can someone tell him what's with this Carpe who suddenly showed up and is always critiquing him?

One-line synopsis: This is a story about love and growing up.

I don't want to write a mindless power fantasy. I want to trace the delicate development of their feelings and give them a chance to find true love. There'll be a little more push and pull early on, then lots of sweetness later!

The main plot will be covered, but the heroine probably won't take a direct part in the fight against Voldemort each school year. She'll contribute in her own way.

I'm open to suggestions, but not nitpicking. I'm already writing fanfiction, so cut me some slack.
