As mentioned before, you can see when others are running the exercises, but you can't practice them without the formula. When you are running away, you let others run the exercises and you learn it after just a look. This is inconsistent with the preface and the follower. Even if there are vampires who modified your blood to not be afraid of sunlight, you can become older than the blood of the person who turned you into a vampire, and you can still eat as usual. Are you writing about a vampire?
