The cosmic pollution source known as the “Divine Lord” descends. The silicon-based civilization perishes amid its cries of agony, and a warning reaches Earth. Garrison fighter Gu Qingfeng, carrying the divine weapon Soul Devouring Halberd, joins forces with Su Jin, whose bloodline holds a mysterious power of purification, and sets out to fight for survival. In Kunlun’s Jade Pool, Su Jin awakens from the ice and gains the ability to foresee the future. Green Source Star becomes a hell of crystal growths, and her beloved Su Zhe gives his life to clear a path. Deep inside the Divine Lord’s lair, the “Star of Sorrow,” the truth of the Watcher bloodline is revealed: Su Jin is the ultimate spark left by an ancient civilization to fight the Divine Lord!
Gu Qingfeng ventures into the planetary core furnace and receives the legacy of his master, Chen Jiu, passed down from beyond the grave. Tempered in fire, the Soul Devouring Halberd is reborn as the **Halberd of the Cosmos**! The twin stars shine as they face the Divine Lord’s throne. Su Jin calls forth the wreckage of a starship, her silver hair transforming into a **purifying rain of stars** that pierces the defenses. Wielding the Halberd of the Cosmos, Gu Qingfeng shatters the Divine Lord’s core, the “Eye of Darkness”! Their loved one is gone forever, remembered in cherry blossoms.
The smoke of battle has yet to clear, and a greater shadow emerges beyond the galaxy. An ancient stele stands amid the stars, and a new vessel, “Torchlight Legacy,” sets sail. Gu Qingfeng wears the “Starcore Watcher” badge. Su Jin’s eyes hold a river of stars, her silver hair is like a bowstring, and their fingers are interlocked.
“This time, I’ll be the one to foresee the future for you.” The spark burns bright, and the journey goes on forever.
