With this ability, he can uncover the truth behind crimes, reopen old cases, and take on the forces working in the shadows. Once a sidelined “problem cop,” he will rise to become the “Judge of the Night,” a figure who terrifies criminals, ultimately destroying the criminal network and avenging his sister.
