Lin Xuance, the guardian of Taixuanmen's Sutra Pavilion, was marked by heaven because of the purple-gold divine thunder that fell from the sky when he was born. The sect hid his identity to protect him. On the surface, he was cynical but in fact he secretly studied the scriptures and accumulated strength. During a provocation by an outer disciple, he was forced to reveal part of his strength and accidentally triggered the fragments of the Chaos Jade Order deep in the Sutra Pavilion. From then on, he was involved in the whirlpool of heavenly suppression. After that, he experienced the test of inner demons and the baptism of heavenly tribulations, and received the guidance of hidden masters. He subdued the cubs of the Azure Dragon, refined the Shennong Cauldron and other treasures, and joined hands with the mysterious heroines Su Muyan (a saint from the fox tribe), Ye Qingtang (an orphan from the medical tribe), and Chu Zhaoning (a descendant of the divine tribe) to uncover the conspiracy of heaven against the ancient ethnic group. In the end, he turned against the will and became a god during the great catastrophe of heaven and earth, ending the entanglement of cause and effect.
