A dark tunnel. Man-eating monsters. It chases, he flees. On the brink of life and death, a statue bursts from the ground, and Wu Fa signs a contract with it to survive.
Wu Fa thinks he’s escaped alive, but little does he know he’s walked straight into a tiger’s den.
Urban legends, demons and spirits, Special Investigations Bureau Seven: the world Wu Fa knows is gone for good.
The mythical beasts from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, the ghosts from fireside tales, and the fox spirits from Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio are all real. They just have a new name: Anomalies.
