A Salary of 100,000 a Month: I Drive a Bus for Ghosts

After losing his job, Lin Ye unexpectedly lands a “high-paying” gig: driving a night bus for a monthly salary of 100,000. He thinks his luck has finally turned, until he discovers that this bus doesn’t go to the world of the living, but to the Yellow Springs! The passengers include a general carrying his own head, a dripping-wet water ghost, a hanged ghost with a long tongue... And then there are all kinds of “underworld tasks” issued by the System: help a vengeful ghost find its missing eyeball, or deal with a water ghost’s “dripping complaints”! Lin Ye is on the verge of tears. “I’m just a driver, not the underworld’s property manager!” But for the sake of that damn 100,000-a-month salary, and to stay alive, he has no choice but to grit his teeth and embark on a thrilling, laugh-out-loud journey driving the “underworld bus.” From trembling with fear at first to bossing around ghost passengers later on, Lin Ye can only say: Who would have thought that a handsome, dashing guy like me would end up driving a “commuter bus” for ghosts?
