I Was Supposed to Pretend to Be the Abbot, So How Did I Become a True Buddha?

[Fantasy Brainstorming + System + Transmigration + Comedy + Misunderstandings + Subverting Expectations + Misunderstanding]

Li Xiu transmigrates and starts out as the abbot of Shaolin, only to have the entire temple point fingers at him and call him a disgrace to the monastery. At any moment, he could be thrown out! [Ding! Merit Reversal System activated!] Congratulations, Host: Want to get stronger? Then abandon your false benevolence and embrace the seven emotions and six desires. The more severely you break the precepts, the stronger you become! I only wanted to go down the mountain to slack off under the excuse of “experiencing the mortal world,” but I PUA’d the elders until they were thoroughly convinced, thinking I was going to “kill my wife to prove my Dao”! I only wanted to sneak a drink and eat some meat, but they imagined it as the Buddhist wisdom of “tasting all the hardships of human life.” With one casual palm strike, demons vanished into thin air, shocking the world! Everyone calls me a holy monk unmatched throughout the ages, but I just want to find the attachment they’ve hidden from me, then leave the martial world behind and live as an ordinary nobody! I really don’t want to stay in this Buddhist temple for another second. Could you all stop making things up about me?!
