(The fairy tales have been adapted a little, all for the sake of the story!) Yu Xi transmigrates. Other people who transmigrate to the Middle Ages become princesses or young ladies, but what about her? Why is she a little beggar? Beaten from the start, she fights with other beggars for scraps from a dog's mouth, makes a deal with the baron's neglected younger daughter... Step by step, she fabricates a new identity, then saves the mute little tagalong who follows her everywhere. With her help, they find the Sea Witch... She watches princess after princess gain power with her help. Sure enough, women were always meant to hold the mandate of heaven!
Overall, it's pretty good, except that the previous narrative is a bit long-winded, but I really like Cinderella's changes in it. It really poked me.
