The scavenger Aila unexpectedly comes into possession of an energy crystal left behind by her father, drawing her into the mystery of the “Stardust Code.” This technology can alter the laws of the universe, but its abuse by radicals has unleashed “immortal monsters” and brought the cosmos to the brink of collapse.
To find her missing parents and repair the Code, Aila sets out to collect seven crystals. She travels through nebula wreckage and the Land of the Forgotten, briefly journeying with her father, who has been corrupted by the Code and wears a silver mask. Along the way, she faces the temptation of the Code’s avatar and the pursuit of the Federation fleet.
At last, in a prison of consciousness on the edge of a black hole, Aila uses her bloodline as the key and pays the price of sacrifice to restore the balance of the universe. When the stardust settles, the stories of love and redemption remain forever etched into the universe’s cycle of rebirth.
