The Thousand-faced Tiger has spiritual consciousness conceived from a thousand-year-old pine tree and absorbs the essence of the sun and moon to take form. I was ignorant at the beginning. I watched the vegetation wither and flourish in the mountains, the birth and death of animals and insects, watched the ancient camphor weeping with blood to protect the village, and the civet cat holding its title in memory to keep its promise. I gradually understood that everything has animism.
After thousands of years of practice, I have seen the obsession of protecting each other with my life from spirits and monsters, and I feel the bond of symbiosis in the mountains and forests. I once wanted to leave the mountain, but I encountered an old turtle crashing into the boat to stop the poison, and the stone spirit shattered to patch the sky. Only then did I realize that guarding means practicing.
After thousands of years, it finally merged into the mountains and forests, using its spiritual power to inherit the promises of the vegetation and the wishes of the spirits and monsters, becoming the soul of the mountain itself.
