Plant policewoman Nell Ingram was involved in a series of murders under the summons of the vampire "Glass Ming": After the coronation of Europe, vampires around the world suddenly regained their souls, committing mass suicide and going berserk. It also exposed the dark history of genetic experiments between the church and devil dogs. In the end, Nell used the Blood Tarot as bait to gather witches, werewolves and vampire allies, preparing for a decisive battle with the sixteen guards of Torquemada to protect his family and the entire city.
