Lin Yuan, a graduate student in modern biology, has his soul transported into the body of a young man with the same name on the Xuan Cang Continent, a “good-for-nothing beast tamer.” He awakens the golden finger known as the “Void Beast Cage” and draws on his past-life knowledge of biology to unravel the secrets of “beast-soul bloodlines.” In a beast-taming world where factions vie for power, he defies fate by following the path of the “untamed beast,” uncovers the truth behind the “ancient beast calamity,” and ultimately becomes someone capable of contracting a hundred beasts and turning heaven and earth upside down.
