Beyond China, All Is Wasteland

History has already branded the name of Dongying Province with eternal disgrace. Desperation over dwindling resources drove those in power and the tycoons to open the forbidden abyss. Under their negligence, horrific biological experiments gave birth to a curse capable of devouring the world. This unnatural creation erupted like the breath of hell, consuming the light in an instant and tearing apart the old order. When corpses piled up into mountains, Shenzhou became the last surviving island. Beyond its walls lay the deadly pollution, mutated ecosystems, wandering man-eating monstrosities, and unknown entities twisted into existence by the curse itself, all woven together into a life-forbidden wasteland known as the Blighted Lands. Those who set foot there were transformed or annihilated. No one escaped.
