Setting:
In 2050, a quarter of a century (twenty-five years) has passed since monsters first appeared. This era is known as the Monster Surge Period.
Mu Ziyang is 23 years old. If not for an accident sixteen years ago, his life would have ended at the age of seven. When he was eighteen, he watched the Huaxia Defense Force’s fighter jets roar into the sky, igniting a spark in his heart. He resolutely joined the Earth Defense Force. This is where his story begins.
Here’s a “friendly” exchange between Mu Ziyang and the System:
[Bro, do you think anyone will really read this? Everyone says the opening three chapters are important, but don’t readers only look at the blurb? Is ours appealing enough?]
“Don’t worry! People are always more forgiving when it’s free!”

“System, are you asking for a beating?”

“Anyway, that’s that! I meant to write a watch-along story, but it turned into a plot replacement instead. The author’s just not good at writing original stories. (wry smile)”

“The setting is just there to be devoured! You don’t need to know all the details about the Ultra Warriors! Also, I’m not the Ultra on the cover. I just thought that picture looked nice.”
I hope it doesn't have a female protagonist, and I can totally read sweet pet stories about romance and stuff.
