"Only ask about the human heart and not about good and evil": Heaven and earth are unkind, and spiritual energy itself contains "crazy factors". The higher the level of cultivation (Nascent Soul, Transformation, Transcending Tribulation), the easier it is to perceive the terrifying existence of the deep space of the universe (ancient gods, old rulers), and face the risk of mental pollution and distortion.
