After transmigrating to another world, he discovers that the original owner had killed himself in despair after his parents sold him off as a live-in son-in-law. He had already died on his wedding day, but his parents concealed the truth and sent him off in the bridal sedan anyway, to the Feng family.
What will the resurrected "him" choose to do? Will he remain a live-in son-in-law, or bring down the family he was born into? Find out in The Strongest Son-in-Law in History, also known as From Son-in-Law to Dao Ancestor.
The early part of the book focuses less on Cultivation and tells the story of a dynasty. Cultivation takes center stage later on, with the story's progression unfolding gradually. This is not an invincible-protagonist novel, so if it isn't to your taste, there's no need to waste your time.
Fantasy, no System, a capable protagonist who fights back whenever challenged, multiple female leads, and an attitude that takes death in stride.
A decent novel
Very good recommendation
