Battle of the Phantom Spirits: When Starlight Meets Xuanhui

From Lu Yun’s “The Grand General’s Banquet, Where I Was Ordered to Compose a Poem,” in Selections of Refined Literature: “The dark sun shines bright, and emerald clouds rise in lofty mists.” The sun is known as the Dark Radiance. Deep in a quiet, secluded valley, a Shadow Fox, its fur dark as the night, darts through the undergrowth with light, nimble steps. Just then, a sprite enters its field of vision. A gentle glow surrounds the sprite, like starlight scattered across the sky. Pure light gleams in its lively eyes, and its translucent wings flutter as softly as if whispering to the breeze. At that moment, the sun, which had always traveled alone, happened to notice a star twinkling in a distant corner. The star is tiny, giving off a faint yet enchanting light, so adorable that it inspires tenderness. From that first glimpse on, the sprite’s image is branded deep in the Shadow Fox’s heart, like a mark engraved in its soul. From then on, you have a place in my heart. Qi Jiuyao: “Star, I’ll protect you for the rest of my life.” Bai Yu: “A-Jiu, I’ll protect you.” Their hearts race toward each other. Love at first sight, then falling even deeper the next time they meet. And so begins the story of a jungler and a support... Together, they make their way to the World Championship, where they find their wedding in the Illusionary Spirit Canyon...
