I Summoned the True Martial Emperor from the Start and Cleansed the World of Evil

[Supernatural + Taoist Priest + Folk Customs + Invoking the Gods + Thunder Magic + Procession of the Gods]

An old saying has been passed down in the Qiongzhou region:

When you see Zhenwu, you see your true self.

On Qingming Festival, the current Celestial Master in Purple, Wang Zhenwu, had a son.

His father’s prayers reached the heavens, and the Demon-Slaying Heavenly Lord, Emperor Zhenwu, descended a divine sign.

He was named Wang Daoyi. Born on a yin day, Wang Daoyi had a rare yin-yang constitution from birth, along with the Fuxi Bone and double pupils. His right eye was golden, with a square pupil. On the day he was born, ghosts roamed the night.

Having enjoyed the favor of the gods for years, Wang Daoyi was exceptional from a young age.

That is, until one day he learned the meaning of his name.

With the blessings of all the gods and Buddhas behind him, he resolutely set out on the path of slaying demons and vanquishing evil.

“I summon the Demon-Slaying Heavenly Lord of the Nine Heavens, Emperor Zhenwu!”

“I respectfully invite the Great Emperor Ziwei of the North Pole, Center of Heaven!”
