Please Stay Away from Me

Everyone in the capital knew that Jin Shu, the eldest son of the Jin family, was stunningly handsome, a master of all six gentlemanly arts, and a brilliant young chancellor. He was the perfect match, admired by all, yet no one knew how much he suffered from all the unwanted attention.

He diligently assisted the Crown Prince, only to be kept in the study late into the night.

“I've heard you are a gifted scholar, well-versed in all fields. Would you keep me company in conversation all night?”

“Your Highness, don't you think you're standing a little too close?”

He was determined to bring down his sworn enemy, yet kept getting teased.

“Ah Shu, what would those lips look like wrapped around? The thought is quite intoxicating.”

“Minister Lin, please mind your manners.”

Fortunately, there was still his cheerful, sweet childhood friend and younger brother at home, a righteous young general. But how could he possibly be the same person as the ruthless master of Dingling Pavilion, who was rumored to kill without batting an eye?

Unaware of the truth, Jin Shujue proudly cherished the sapling he'd nurtured with his own hands, only to have it pin him down.

“There's always a crowd of flowers and plants around you, Brother. How can I possibly feel at ease? Why not give me a title first?”
