The Orchid Lock

Though she is stunningly beautiful, everyone says she is an ill-omened woman who brings death to her loved ones and bad luck to everyone around her.

From the day she was born, a Taoist priest declared that her fate was extraordinary: she was caught in a twin-soul calamity ordained by destiny. In this calamity, one twin lives and the other dies. Only by binding the soul can she safely live beyond the age of thirty.

Yet, stubborn and arrogant, she is forced to marry a spoiled and ill-mannered son of a prominent family. She thinks it is nothing more than a transaction for the sake of her family's interests. But the young master begins to rein in his temper for her, and the two endure many storms together. In the end, however, they still cannot escape the fate laid out for them in this age of chaos!

When destiny turns once more, it becomes clear that everything was about the souls returning to their rightful places...
