Fifteen-year-old Wang Lin awakens his very own otherworldly beast under everyone's watchful eyes. It is a mere one-meter-tall little skeleton, carrying a bone knife and draped in a ragged cloak, with only a thin haze of gray mist swirling around it.

Mockery and curses surge over him like a tide. Wang Lin is mercilessly kicked out of the shelter, becoming the most wretched outcast in the apocalypse.

From that day on, a fearsome figure stalks the wasteland. Wang Lin takes his little skeleton to fight through waves of corpses and hunt among hordes of mutated beasts, forging an against-the-heavens path with countless trait entries.
