Dr. Gu, Please Take My Pulse for the Rest of My Life

Su Wanwan is a kind, innocent office worker whose health has suffered from work-related stress. She seeks treatment from Gu Shishen, a renowned young traditional Chinese medicine specialist in City A. To her, Dr. Gu is professional, meticulous, and utterly out of reach: the perfect physician. What she doesn’t know is that this cool, reserved doctor in a white coat is not only a doctoral supervisor at a university of Chinese medicine, but also the heir to one of City A’s most powerful families. Gu Shishen has already fallen for his sweet, innocent patient. Every examination, from observing and listening to asking questions and taking her pulse, conceals his quiet concern and growing affection. He patiently treats her, using “medical advice” as an excuse to become part of her life. He adds her on WeChat, brings her medicinal meals, and arranges “chance” encounters, making his moves step by step.
