After losing his job, Zhang Lang binds to the Random Foodie System and is assigned a bizarre location every day to sell incredible food.
The city management officer, Lao Jin, makes chasing him down part of his daily routine: "What contraband are you selling this time, kid?!"
Zhang Lang runs and shouts back, "I'm just selling candied strawberries! The System insists they taste best by the subway ventilation shaft!"
Then, on New Year's Eve, he's forced to set up a stall outside the city management bureau and sell hangover soup.
Lao Jin, swaying drunk, surrounds him with his team. "This time... you can't get away, right?"
Zhang Lang hands him a bowl. "Hangover soup. Want to drink it before you arrest me?"
Lao Jin takes one sip, and his eyes light up. His team suddenly switches sides and lines up for a bowl.
The System chimes: "Ultimate mission unlocked: Turn the city management squad into your permanent cafeteria."
