In Hong Kong in 2050, memories can be implanted and souls can be encoded. When technology becomes the new drug, freedom is the only thing you can't sell. A former hacker and a policewoman chase a digital ghost created by himself in the urban jungle soaked in neon and acid rain. From the underground clinic in Kowloon Walled City to the server temple above the cloud; from the manipulated "Great Wall of Flesh" to the "Spiritual Tunnel" that burns memories.
