Liu Chen (fictional), named Zixin, is the 17th grandson of Liu Sheng, Prince Jing of Zhongshan (the same ancestry as Liu Bei but closer in blood). Before time travel, he was a graduate student in the history department of the 21st century. He is familiar with the political and military context of the late Han Dynasty and the history of later generations. Possessed in Caiyang County, Nanyang County in the third year of Zhongping Emperor Ling of the Han Dynasty (186), the original owner was poisoned by his concubine brother because he was involved in the clan dispute over property. Liu Chen was only 20 years old when he resurrected through the corpse.
