In the year 3049 of the Interstellar Era, Lin Wei, the Federation's youngest mecha neural architect, is accidentally swept by a mysterious data stream into the world of the science fiction novel Starvault Beast Domain while testing the seventh-generation Falcon mecha. She becomes the wicked female supporting character who abused the male protagonist's younger brother and met a tragic end.
Her first scene after transmigrating is in a dark stone cave reeking of blood and filth, where rough vines painfully bind her wrists. Above her, a frail beastkin cub named Yin is curled up. His short fur is gray-blue, and the silver hairs on his ear tips gleam with a cold light. He is skin and bones, and the beast hide wrapped around his claws is stained with blood. The original owner burned him with red-hot pieces of metal to force him to display his beastkin abilities.
Yin is hostile toward Lin Wei. The original owner's many cruelties, preserved in his memories, have made him see her as his sworn enemy. Lin Wei tries to improve their relationship, but faces one obstacle after another. In this beast world, shrouded in radiation and overrun by mutated beasts, the original owner not only tormented Yin to curry favor with a villain, but also used him as a tool for profit, leaving him terrified of and disgusted by humans. Lin Wei faces a host of challenges: repairing her relationship with Yin, surviving in a harsh environment, and finding a way back to the real world.
