His School Uniform Smelled of Strawberry Candy

His Uniform Smells of Strawberry Candy

Su Nian, a naturally absent-minded top student, lives in a world of formulas and probability. She even mistakes the panting of Lu Ran, the school bully, after a fight for "lung capacity training." Little does she know that the boy who snuffs out cigarettes beneath the parasol tree has already hidden her likeness on the back of his drawing paper. When his uniform wraps around her in a downpour, with childish strawberry candy hidden inside, and his "Good Samaritan Award" thank-you letter is filled with mathematical proofs, two souls who seem completely at odds begin to awkwardly draw closer. She uses reason to interpret his tenderness, while he uses his fists to protect her innocence. This is a coming-of-age story that begins with misunderstandings and ends in mutual salvation, proving that the deepest love can give formulas warmth and teach even a violent heart to protect.
