On a stormy night, Chen Mo, a down-and-out delivery driver, accepts an eerily expensive milk tea order. The delivery activates the Otherworld Delivery Driver's Safety Manual: the insulated box must be kept at a constant -15°C, and if a customer asks for a five-star review, he must destroy the order and flee at once! At Room 1204, an old woman with completely white eyes offers him a scarlet liquid. “Drink this, and I'll give you five stars!” With his life on the line, Chen Mo hits the one-star review button, and the old woman instantly vanishes! Before he's even recovered, new orders keep arriving. The latest is “Soul-Soothing Cake,” from locker 7 in the cold storage room of the West City Funeral Home. The note reads: “You looked cool giving me a bad review, but sooner or later, you'll drink my tea.” Worse still, the mandatory “Smile as you serve” command is twisting his face into a smile. Entering the frozen morgue, facing a silent agent in black robes and an evil cake writhing inside a locker, Chen Mo realizes that the power of a bad review may be no more than a drop in the ocean against the deeper darkness... Blood-red words in the cold storage room leer at him: “A bad review... won't save your life!”
