Transmigration Begins with Doraemon

A new writer here. The prose may not be great, but there’s plenty to keep you fed.

What is the scariest thing in life?

Probably achieving nothing, then comforting yourself by saying there’s dignity in being ordinary.

My name is Lu Li, an utterly unremarkable office drone. I’d already accepted my lot in life.

Until I gained the ability to transmigrate.

I thought my moment in the spotlight had finally arrived! But… as a beginner, I botched the job and forgot to set the coordinates back home!

My first stop: the world of Doraemon.

Looking at the familiar blue robot cat in front of me, I completely fell apart.

Wasn’t I supposed to be punching the nursing home on South Mountain and kicking the kindergarten on North Sea? How am I supposed to manage after landing in the wrong series from the start?

To get home, I set off on a journey through anime worlds, getting lost again and again and somehow racking up a mountain of favors owed.

“Hey, you over there with the Gundam, when are you giving back the lightsaber I lent you last time?”

“And you, the blond Super Saiyan, don’t think I won’t recognize you just because you transformed. Hand over my Dragon Balls!”

“And you! Time Administration Bureau! Stop chasing me! I’m really not a bad guy, I’m just an unlucky schmuck trying to get home!”

When I finally found my way back, I turned around and realized that somehow, without even noticing, I had reached the summit of the gods.

But… all I ever wanted was to go home!
