[Demon Slayer fanfiction + watching memories + sequel]
In modern-day Tokyo, high schooler Kanata Kamado sees the memories of his ancestor Tanjiro Kamado in a sudden flashback during an accident. At last, he takes seriously the incredible demon-slaying tales the older generation has passed down.
With the help of Kiriya Ubuyashiki, the last leader of the Demon Slayer Corps, the descendants of the swordsmen use technology to recreate their ancestors' memories, bringing those long-buried events to light once more.
“No one can sever my bond with Nezuko!”
The bond between Tanjiro and Nezuko, who fought together to slay the Twelve Kizuki, leaves Kanata Kamado and Toko Agatsuma spellbound.
“I will fulfill my duty as a Hashira. Not a single person here will die!”
Kyojuro's tragic sacrifice, giving his life to take an Upper Rank demon down with him, brings tears streaming down Tojuro Rengoku's face.
“If you can only do one thing, then master it. Hone it to the absolute limit!”
Zenitsu's determination to avenge his master and kill his fallen senior with a single strike sets Yoshiteru Agatsuma's heart ablaze.
“Even if my body is destroyed, I will surely slay the demons!”
The memories passed down through blood once again carry on the Demon Slayer Corps' will, allowing the swordsmen's descendants to learn about the many who gave their lives to destroy demons...
