In a single night, he fell from heaven into hell.
Tao Yi, a spoiled playboy who knew nothing but pleasure, witnessed his family being destroyed before his eyes. His blood feud dragged him into the abyss. His only way out was to hire the monster who left no survivors and cared only for money: an assassin codenamed Liang.
He bought himself a chance at revenge, binding himself tightly to this man as cold as ice. From the trembling moment he was forced to fire his first shot to the numbness of shedding blood with his own hands, he changed step by step in the darkness, transforming from a useless coward into an avenger. Liang's training was brutal and efficient: guns, blades, tracking... He threw Tao Yi into a crucible of blood and fire, all to forge him into a weapon of revenge. But the secrets hidden beneath this man's icy mask went far beyond that: not one of his mentors was actually an assassin?
When the once-beloved son of heaven puts on an icy mask and takes up bloodstained weapons, he will walk alongside the Grim Reaper, tear all his enemies to shreds, and hunt down the mastermind who sent him to hell! Will this revenge ultimately make him a savior, or turn him into another monster?
The overall plot is not bad, some sentences are well written, but some descriptions are relatively long. I feel like Ryo here is more humane than in Taboo, but I still like their craziness and Tao's constant self-breakthrough. Keep up the good work 😘
It's very interesting, although the descriptions from chapter 15 onwards are a bit cumbersome. After all, it's a debut novel. It's great that I enjoyed reading it. I'm looking forward to the subsequent works.
The author's writing is really nice and gentle. It's really nice and beautiful! I will always support you, big 😳😳😳
So beautiful. Why is no one watching?
