Adapting the plot from the game "inmost"
Only the legendary flower of hope can split this eternal night - but the person who grows the flower must pay his debt with his soul.
A sixty-year-old wanderer has been trapped in the Abyss for twenty years. One day, he bumps into his childhood self (a boy playing hide-and-seek in the pasture), his dead brother (a half-length monster crawling in the backyard), and even his deceased wife (a ghost who turned into a white fox that leads the way). Even more shocking: the "knight" being chased by the watcher is his son whom he has never met; the blond orphan girl in the attic has a bloody secret about the building burning tragedy ten years ago...
The pain of three generations has been tied into a knot in the abyss: the suicide notes of school bullies, the cries in the fire, and the black blood on the knight's sword have all become nourishment for the fragments of pain. When the Wanderer was nailed to the broken wall by the watcher, when he was about to die, he saw the flower left by his son - the yellow flower that was broken out of the rotten blood. He finally realized that the abyss is the reflection of the pain of reality, and he has been giving knives to himself in the mirror all his life.
Many years later, in front of three tombs in the cemetery, the grown-up blond girl sat with him in meditation. Next to the withered flower pot in my old home, the flowers in the neighboring pot are blooming with the most intense beauty - it turns out that when the withered flower died, the seeds of "rebirth" had already been buried in the rotting soil.
