Chang'an City and the area it radiates (even the entire plane) are gradually being eroded by the indescribable "legacy of the past" and "whispers of the outer gods" from outside the void. In reality, distortions, dementia and madness that go against common sense begin to breed, accompanied by ancient and weird folklore and taboo rituals. The power of Buddha and Tao is not omnipotent. Sometimes it may be part of a larger mystery, or even itself contaminated.
