Synopsis of the story of "Mutual Aid between Tian Family and Orion"
Su He was originally a student majoring in modern agriculture. He accidentally traveled to ancient times and became an orphan girl who was kicked out by her husband's family. She also took her young brother and temporarily lived in a ruined temple outside the village.
Near the ruined temple lives deaf-mute old hunter Li Dashan, who lives alone with his granddaughter Ayao. Li Dashan saw that the Su He siblings were pitiful and often gave them prey and herbs. Su He was grateful and used his professional knowledge to cultivate fields near the temple and plant special rice seeds.
When the rice fields were infested by insects and the villagers laughed, Li Dashan used familiar herbs to help repel the insects. To express his gratitude, Su He taught Li Dashan and A Yao how to grow vegetables and build vegetable sheds. But when a heavy rain hit, the grandfather and grandson and Su He worked together to strengthen the vegetable shed and save their hard work.
Su He's rice fields had a good harvest. Li Dashan took her to find wild fruits suitable for wine making. Su He brewed fine wine and sold it in the market, which was very popular, but was coveted by bullies. Li Dashan fought with the bully's men to protect Su He.
