Su Shunqing was implicated in the Wutai Poetry Case and was imprisoned. He sang poems with Su Shi in prison, and then embarked on an arduous journey into exile in Lingnan. Finally, he reunited with Su Shi in Huizhou and gradually found his spiritual destination.
