The Rotten Codex: I Become a God by Collecting Corpses

In Ashen City, where filth and despair coexist, death itself is the deadliest trap. Li Yin, a young man struggling at the bottom of the slums, can only quietly gather the remains torn apart by "rules-based horror" after the Purifying Flame Church's cleanup squads sweep through. Until the day he buries with his own hands an innocent person devoured by the "Flesh-and-Blood Mirror Demon." A Rotten Codex, dripping with foul blood and worms, awakens in his palm, granting him the power to devour rules and lay aberrations to rest.

Others collect corpses. He collects rules.
