Overthrow the Queue Dynasty and Restore China to Its Former Glory

Keep a low profile and focus on development: build industry, open arms factories, train troops, and make money overseas. Then overthrow the Manchu court in one fell swoop, wipe out the Japanese pirates and the Russians, and reclaim lost territory. Once World War I begins, keep quietly developing, make a fortune from the war, and accelerate domestic industrialization. When Europe is exhausted from fighting, take advantage of the chaos to seize territory.

After that, keep focusing on development. When Europe falls into chaos once more, continue building up the country. When the time is right, land in the Americas, take on the Yankees, and further secure the position of global hegemon.
