I Fish Around on a Throwaway Account, Yet the Whole Server Reveres Me as a God

Other people start out possessed by divine generals, wielding thunder god axes that split the heavens and earth.

I start out as a lowly ghost sweeping the Underworld, with a skill that lets me clean the Bull Demon King’s toilet.

Zhao Xiaoxian is a socially anxious delivery rider in real life and the worst player on the server. He just wanted to slack off, but somehow ended up bound to “System backend privileges.” While others grind dungeons, I edit the code. While others worship the gods, I make the gods worship me.

The players think I’m a hidden big shot. NPCs go crazy, kneeling and shouting, “Divine Lord, Daddy!” The official GMs are so furious they’re practically bleeding inside, and the company in the real world has launched an all-out pursuit. Me? I’m still sweeping floors, picking up junk, and tweaking the drop rates on the side.

“I’m not on the path to becoming a god. I’m on the path to avoiding responsibility.”

From a worthless fate to a new god, Zhao Xiaoxian slacks off and ascends to godhood every step of the way, running his mouth, stirring up trouble, and casually blowing the roof off everything.

Who says a junk account can’t become a god? With backend privileges in hand, the whole server will be on its knees calling me big brother.
