Quantum technology has permeated human society, but a top-secret experiment called the "Observer Project" is quietly underway. The military and tech giant New Era Corporation are trying to quantumize human consciousness and create a quantum superbrain capable of predicting the future. But the experiment spirals out of control, turning some of its subjects into "Observers" stripped of their humanity.
