In the shadow of this seemingly ordinary modern city, the whispers of madness never stop, and the ancient and twisted "Old Dominators" are quietly awakening, eroding the boundaries of reality. The city's mental hospital, known as the "Sanctuary", ostensibly treats poor people with mental disorders, but in fact it houses "awakened people" who have suffered mental breakdown due to glimpses of the real world, as well as... Those "gods" in human skin.
