Hua Luoyue looks at Ling Feng, collapsed amid the corpses of demons, and shakes her head frantically. “Big Sis, you absolutely mustn’t get involved with him!”
Qingyue ignores her and revives him.
Hua Luoyue: ???
“Big Sis! He’s no good!”
Qingyue calmly wipes her sword. “I’m just using him.”
Ling Feng offers her a jade pendant. “For you.”
Hua Luoyue bristles. “It has a tracking spell on it! Damn tiger! Big Sis, throw it away!”
Qingyue has no intention of taking it off. “It looks nice.”
Later
Qingyue asks, “Did you do that to Wunian?”
Ling Feng answers frankly, “Yes.”
Hua Luoyue flies into a rage. “Big Sis! He killed someone from his own sect!”
Qingyue calmly adds, “It was just a lesson. It doesn’t count as murder.”
Hua Luoyue: ??? That doesn’t count?! No way! Big Sis is going to be led astray by this tiger!
Later still
Ling Feng grabs Hua Luoyue by the throat. “You’re not Ayue!”
Hua Luoyue: Damn it, this tiger really is no good!
But life is full of surprises
Hua Luoyue says helplessly, “Give me a hand, will you?”
Ling Feng leans against the wall and smiles. “Is that what you want, or what she wants?”
Hua Luoyue: ???
The artifact spirit watches the drama unfold. “Could this guy be in love with your big sister?”
Hua Luoyue tests the waters. “It’s what my big sister wants.”
Ling Feng’s expression changes in an instant. “All right, I’ll help you.”
Hua Luoyue grits her teeth. “You two-faced tiger!!! I won’t let you get anywhere near Big Sis!”
