National Fate: Water Dragon, Water Dragon, Don’t Cry

Neuvillette, Fontaine's Chief Justice, was unexpectedly whisked away to another world by a Trailblazing System that latched onto him, tasked with finding answers. But the environment in that other world was no less absurd than trying to stuff a water dragon into a charcoal coconut cake...

(The timeline is based on the “five hundred years of story.” This Genshin Impact story takes place two hundred years before the main plot begins, with Neuvillette having served as Chief Justice for three hundred years. There isn't much plot involving Teyvat; the main setting is National Destiny. This is my first time writing, so if it doesn't suit you, please leave and find another book. Don't put yourself through itᗜ_▼)
