It tells the story of craftsman Li Mo's bizarre experience while building the Great Wall in Shanhaiguan during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty.
During construction, Li Mo discovered a city brick with strange patterns engraved on it. The texture on the brick surface could squirm like a living thing at night, and it was also filled with a biting chill. He accidentally obtained a dragon-shaped copper key. The star map on the key handle seemed to be related to the secret of Brick.
As the exploration deepened, Li Mo witnessed the city wall collapse, and a white snake embedded with a bronze ring appeared in the crack. He also saw in a vision a scene of people in official uniforms offering similar city bricks. The intervention of Jin Yiwei and the order of Qin Tianjian made him realize that these city bricks, known as "Zhenlong Bricks", were not simply used to build city walls. Their arrangement coincided with the Big Dipper. It seemed that under the name of "Yongzhen Youdu Water Vein", there was a shocking secret of feeding some mysterious existence. The strangeness left by the bricks on Li Mo's palm also indicates that he has been involved in this strange event that spans time and space.
