Shang Shu says that past experiences have made her accustomed to going it alone.
She has a special ability that lets her sense and control certain mysterious forces, but she keeps it hidden and has always lived quietly.
There's only one female lead, but the male lead changes. The timeline may vary, so whether anyone retains their memories is uncertain.
Cosplay warning: although I play the game, I don't pay much attention to the story, and it's been so long that I don't remember much. So if something doesn't line up, just consider it my own headcanon, though it might end up being a whole mountain of headcanon.
